You can easily get access to this holel thanks to the transport means nearby(2 min from Paddington station). You can easily find restaurants and food stores within 5 min around the location. We were a family of 5 and the room was quite small but quiet and comfortable with its own bathroom and toilets. Sometimes you hear the underground but it does not prevent us from sleeping well. The breakfast room is very small if all residents are there at the same time: coffee eggs bread jam ham juices...everything you need is there! To conclude, we have spent a good time in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent minutes away from Paddington Station and the Underground. Good restaurants and cafe shops to grab lunch or dinner and lots of gift shop around the hotel. A Sainsburys next to Paddington Station for your essentials god meal deals and fresh pizza made in shop. The staff is very helpful and lovely (Evelina) 24hrs reception very important. Last but the most important nowadays Very good value for money for the location of the hotel Hopefully l will be back.

Good location close to Paddington station. Victorian row houses converted into hotels, this is one of them. Between them is a nice garden, where unfortunately there is a mess and homeless people sleep there. There are 24/7 shops in the next street. Our room was on the 4th floor, but there is no nice view, only the roofs of other houses. The house is nice, renovated. They have steep stairs. You can leave your luggage here for free. A good price for London a few hours in advance.

We were in the basement room on arrival, i requested to change for a couple of reasons and on the second day we were in a much better room on 1st floor. We didnt pay for breakfast...so cant comment...the fridge was a helpful addition in the room...very clean and comfortable...and just 5 mins from Paddington

Quaint little place in a nice neighborhood. Loved being close to Paddingron Station to get the Tube for daily explorations. Also some pretty good restaurants nearby. Will definitely consider staying here again if I return for another London vacation although I may see about getting a room on at least the 2nd floor.
